DISCIPLESHIP FOR KIDS

Kids Quest is a small group, discipleship program for children in

kindergarten through grade two. Using Bible stories, kids will listen, learn, look and live with safari animals as they complete weekly lessons at home and participate in games, crafts and stories during their small group time at church. This curriculum not only teaches children Bible stories, but also helps

them to apply scripture to their lives and prepares children

to take the next step in Breakout.

Emphasis in on relationships.

First, with Christ, and then with leaders and other students.

The success of Breakout depends on the cooperation of parents, leaders, and students. Here is what’s expected of each:

Leader Role:
• Lead small group in lesson review and prayer
• Connect with each student during the year by phone, mail, and e-mail
• Build relationships with each student

Student Role:
• Always give their best
• Memorize at least one Bible verse a week
• Have fun and grow spiritually

Parent Role:
• Make sure your child is on time to class each week

and picked up in a timely manner
• Make sure your child has eaten dinner and

used the restroom before checking in
• Encourage and help your child to memorize the Bible verse each week
• Pray for the students, the staff, and the leaders
