Twinklers (birth-walking) - You can feel safe about leaving your newborn in our Twinklers class. Our staff of volunteers works very hard to ensure the safety of your child while providing a loving environment. Once your child learns to walk, they are promoted. (This class is promoted not by birth date, but by child development.)
Sparklers (walking - early 2's) - Once your child learns to walk, they are promoted to the Sparklers classroom. This class is staffed with volunteers who love playing with toddlers. In the Sparklers classroom, there are plenty of activities to entertain children while parents are away. (This class is promoted not by birth date, but by child development.)
Dazzlers (early 2's) - We understand that small children are ready to learn about God, but may not be grown enough to sit through a structured hour long program. In the Dazzlers class, your child will be taught lessons from the Bible, while maintaining the carefree environment of the Sparklers class. (This class is promoted not by birth date, but by child development.)
Day Stars (Older 2's - birthday after Sept., 2004) - Once your child is old enough to enjoy a structured classroom, they are promoted to the Day Stars class. Here, they will be taught by loving teachers who understand the short attention span of 2 year olds. Their lessons are action packed, hands on fun.
Morning Stars (birthday from Sept 2003 - August 2004) - On Promotion Sunday, your Day Star will move to the Morning Stars classroom. This classroom is structured much like the Day Stars, but more advanced to meet the learning needs of preschoolers. Here, our teachers are excited to help your 3 year old grow into a 4 year old who loves Jesus.
Shooting Stars (birthday from Sept 2002 - August 2003) - After a year in the Morning Stars class, preschoolers are ready to move to the final Shining Stars class here at New Life. Our Shooting Stars class is designed to prepare children for the transition into All STARS.
This class is more structured than the Morning Stars class, but still maintains the idea of "fun in learning". Once your child has spent a year in Shooting Stars, they will be prepared to start a new exciting journey in Jr. All STARS. (Being that our Jr. All STARS class is designed for Kindergarten & 1st Grade, any child being held back from kindergarten will spend a second year in the Shooting Stars class.)
